Recognised for five transactions at the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards 2026

We have been recognised for five transactions at the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards 2026, highlighting our role on a number of the year's most innovative and complex finance transactions. The awards recognise leading deals, advisers and dealmakers across Ireland's financial services industry.
 
The recognised transactions span debt capital markets, asset finance and aviation finance, reflecting the breadth of our practice across Ireland and Hong Kong and our experience advising clients on sophisticated cross-border structures.
 
The recognised transactions were:

• Barings Euro Middle Market CLO 2025-1 DAC (CLO), a €401m transaction and the first European private credit CLO to combine a multicurrency structure with a portfolio comprised exclusively of private credit assets.  
• El Corte Inglés SRT Securitisation (Secucor Finance 2025-1 DAC) (Securitisation), an €880m transaction and El Corte Inglés' debut Spanish significant risk transfer securitisation.  
• Space Leasing International / Flexam Invest Space Antenna Financing (Asset Finance), involving the financing of a portfolio of space communications antennas located across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monroe Capital and AIP Capital Aircraft Leasing Venture (Aviation Finance, Joint Venture), a US$1bn platform established to invest in mid-life aircraft leased to airlines globally.
• CDB Aviation Lease Finance MTN Programme (Debt Capital Markets) a €2.7bn multi-jurisdictional MTN programme marking CDB Aviation’s return to the international bond market.

These award-winning transactions involved lawyers and professionals from our Finance & Capital Markets, Asset Finance, Tax, Listings and Professional Services teams in Ireland and Hong Kong.
