We have strengthened our Channel Islands business with the appointment of six associates across our Jersey and Guernsey offices.
These appointments span our Banking & Finance, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution, Investment Funds & Corporate, Private Capital & Trusts and Regulatory & Risk practices, reflecting continued client demand across a broad range of specialisms in both jurisdictions. They also demonstrate our ongoing focus on investing in talent across the Channel Islands as we further strengthen our capabilities across key practice areas.
In Jersey, Anna Richardson has joined our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team, Thomas Morris and Chloe Packer have joined our Banking & Finance practice, and Alex Dickinson has joined our Regulatory & Risk team. Anna advises on commercial litigation, trust disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, while Chloe and Thomas advise on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Alex brings experience advising regulated businesses on legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
In Guernsey, Vikaash Singh has joined our Investment Funds & Corporate team and Elaine Lim has joined our Private Capital & Trusts practice. Vikaash advises on both listed and unlisted investment funds, in addition to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, reorganisations, and broader corporate law matters, while Elaine advises private clients, trust companies and family offices on offshore trust and private wealth matters.
