We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Padhraic Mulpeter as head of our Tax practice in Ireland.
A member of our Dublin team since 2022, Padhraic has more than 18 years' experience advising domestic and international clients on complex Irish and cross-border tax matters. His expertise spans securitisation and structured finance transactions, banking transactions, investment management and investment fund platforms, real estate structures and aviation finance matters.
Known for delivering clear and practical advice, our Tax team supports domestic and international clients on financial services, corporate tax, real estate and international tax matters. Padhraic succeeds Jonathan Sheehan, former managing partner of Walkers in Ireland. Jonathan will remain as a consultant with the firm.
