Advising Ares on financing for WestBridge's investment in Beckett

We have advised funds managed by Ares Credit funds (Ares) on the provision of acquisition financing to support WestBridge's investment in Beckett Investment Management Group (Beckett), a leading UK financial planning and wealth management business.
 
As part of the transaction, Ares provided a senior debt package, including facilities to support future acquisitions as Beckett continues to pursue its buy-and-build growth strategy.
