Walkers to sponsor Global ABS 2026

We are pleased to once again be sponsoring Global ABS in Barcelona.

The event brings together 5,000 structured finance professionals between 9 and 11 June for networking, market insight and deal-making.

Partner and co-head of our Irish Finance and Capital Markets team, Noeleen Ruddy, will be moderating the "More than Middle of the Market: Private Credit CLOs" panel on the second day of the event. The session will examine the rapid growth of MM CLOs, comparing collateral, transparency, liquidity and performance versus BSL CLOs; assessing issuance pipelines and growth trajectories in Europe vs. U.S.; and analysing investor appetite, rating methodologies, and whether these structures represent a scalable extension of the CLO market or a distinct credit risk profile.
