We advise across the full spectrum of fund finance, working with both lenders and borrowers across global markets. Our work covers subscription line facilities as well as NAV and hybrid structures, alongside preferred equity and co-investment arrangements. We also advise on GP and management line facilities, secondary fund structures, and a range of liquidity, margin and hedge fund financing solutions.We act for a broad client base including banks, financial institutions, alternative and non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors, hedge funds and asset managers. Clients rely on our understanding of fund structures and documentation, and the practical insight that comes from working across these transactions.
