Resolution Life, a global life insurance group focused on the acquisition, reinsurance, and ongoing management of portfolios of life insurance policies and annuities, asked the Walkers’ team to help register their business with the Bermuda Monetary Authority as a Class C Long-Term insurer.

Our role was to create a bridge between the incorporation team at Ernst & Young, the regulator, the banks, and service providers to ensure the deal was completed against an aggressive timeline. Our deep knowledge of Bermuda regulation and in-depth insurance market experience helped us to create secure contingency plans and deliver a high-calibre application to limit potential delays.
