Florence Allan is an associate based in the Cayman Islands office and is a member of the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group.
Florence has a broad-based practice specialising in complex cross-border disputes and commercial, insolvency and trusts litigation. Florence also has experience in cross-border contentious and non-contentious restructuring of Cayman Islands companies and partnerships.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining the Walkers IDR team as an associate in 2024, Florence was a recipient of the 2021 Walkers Legal Scholarship.
In 2020, Florence graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management with First Class Honours, after which she completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law with Distinction from the University of Law.
Following this, in 2022 Florence graduated from the University of Law again, completing with Distinction a combined Legal Practice Course with a Master of Science in Law, Business and Management.
