Max is an associate in our Global Investment Funds Group based in our Cayman Islands office.
Max advises investment banks, investment managers and private equity houses on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, from the structuring and formation of funds, downstream activity to de-registration and winding up. He also has expertise in general corporate and M&A transactions.
Max is also a member of our FinTech Group. He advises clients on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies as well as cryptoassets, decentralised finance, and blockchain funds.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in January 2025, Max was an associate in the Corporate team at Trowers & Hamlins LLP. In this role he gained broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, series financing, and corporate governance.
