Imogen is an associate in Walkers' Finance and Corporate team in London, advising on British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law aspects of finance transactions.
Imogen advises banks, other lending institutions and corporate borrowers on a wide range of debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, and general corporate lending transactions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Imogen worked in the London office of another global law firm where she practised English law and acted for banks, other lenders, corporate borrowers and sponsors on a wide range of debt finance transactions across the capital stack.
