Seth Botes is an Associate in Walkers' Banking & Finance Practice Group in Guernsey.
Seth provides comprehensive legal advice to private and institutional lenders, as well as corporate borrowers, spanning across a wide range of finance related transactions, including: acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate finance.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Seth was an associate in the financial services team of another offshore law firm where he focused on banking & finance, corporate and funds related work.
