His specialism includes fund formation and advising clients across the full spectrum of fund related and transactional needs.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Christian practised as a senior associate with Herbert Smith Freehills in the corporate sector, focusing on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and crisis disputes/investigations. In this role he completed a secondment to the COVID-19 taskforce of the New South Wales Department of Premier and Cabinet.
He also previously practised with Clayton Utz in the corporate sector, focusing on equity capital markets.
