Emily advises investment funds, CLO managers, financial institutions and corporate clients on fund finance, structured finance and asset finance transactions.
Her fund finance work spans subscription line, capital call, NAV and hybrid facilities, acting for sponsors, borrowers and lenders across a range of structures.
Emily has experience in structured finance, advising on CLOs, warehouse financing and other structured credit transactions, including refinancings and resets, as well as Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings.
She also advises on asset finance matters, including aviation leasing and financing transactions.

Experience and recent work
Emily received the Walkers Legal Scholarship in 2020. She graduated from the University of Leicester with an LLB and Upper Second-Class Honours and also completed a year abroad at the University of Oslo. Following this, Emily went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with Distinction in 2023. Emily was a part of the WPS Corporate Governance department for two years prior to beginning her articles with Walkers.
