Daniel advises on a range of funds and corporate law matters.

Daniel has experience across private funds, hedge funds, corporate reorganisations, and mergers and acquisitions matters. His experience includes assisting international and domestic funds and companies with their formation and structuring, as well as acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, and secondary transactions.

Experience and recent work

Before joining Walkers in 2026, Daniel trained at Baker McKenzie in London, where he gained experience across a broad range of matters, including private funds, hedge funds, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, wealth management, and tax.

Daniel also worked as a Know-How Paralegal in Linklaters' Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group in London. Prior to that, he served as a Paralegal in Dentons' Energy and Corporate/ M&A teams in Prague.
