Aoife Cahill is an associate in our Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin.
Aoife advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets and insurance-linked securities).
Aoife's experience includes acting as issuer counsel on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) and other asset-backed securitisations (including CMBS) involving Irish SPVs.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Aoife qualified as a solicitor in the Dublin office of a leading global law firm. Aoife also previously worked as a legal executive for a digital property investment platform.
