Kathrine Chase is a Knowledge Lawyer based in the Walkers' London office.
The Knowledge Management Department acts as a central resource for Walkers' lawyers across the globe, providing them with the necessary tools to increase productivity and enhance service delivery. This includes access to the latest precedents and know how, updates on legal developments and a wide range of training opportunities providing for consistency of approach, commercial awareness and the maintenance of technical excellence on a global basis.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining the Knowledge Management team, Kathrine was a Senior Associate in the Walkers' Dubai office where she developed expertise in Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands corporate and funds law, managing company and fund transactions and corporate deals for a wide range of Middle Eastern clients and top-tier onshore law firms.
Before rejoining Walkers, Kathrine was part of the knowledge management team for another offshore law firm providing a fee-earner perspective and commercial approach to firm-wide projects and identifying efficiencies.
Kathrine trained and worked at Dentons as an Associate in the corporate and commercial team in London and Dubai, UAE, advising on both private and public corporate matters, including M&A and private placements across a range of sectors.
