Andrew is part of our Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, advising on British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Cayman Islands law.
He helps clients with complex and high value multi-jurisdictional disputes – that includes leading corporations, banks, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.
Andrew joined Walkers in 2019, and has more than ten years’ experience in private practice in London and the British Virgin Islands. He’s worked offshore since 2015 and has particular expertise in:
Forum and jurisdiction challenges
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Unfair prejudice proceedings
Fraud and asset tracing claims
Freezing orders and other forms of interim relief
Recognising and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Andrew has also worked on several high-profile insolvency matters, and advises on disputes about crypto-currency assets. This includes fraud, insolvency and contentious matters.

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers, Andrew worked for another leading offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands and London. He trained at Mayer Brown in London, joining their Commercial Dispute Resolution team after he qualified, where he was an associate for several years.
