Aisling is a Chartered Accountant and a Vice President in Walkers Professional Services, Ireland.
Aisling works on a variety of SPV structures and manages a team who work on the ongoing transaction needs of a large portfolio of securitisation and aircraft leasing SPVs. Aisling also serves on the board of a number of Irish SPVs.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Aisling was a Vice President and Liquidator in the Cayman office of the Maples Group providing liquidation services to a wide range of companies and limited partnerships. These included hedge funds, private equity funds and structure finance vehicles in the Cayman Islands and across the Caribbean. Aisling also worked with EY in the Cayman Islands with her primary focus on insolvency and restructuring related advisory services. Aisling completed her accounting training in the Restructuring & Forensic team in KPMG Ireland.
