Sam specialises in private mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory work.
Sam acts for a multitude of clients on various private and public M&A transactions. She has experience of advising clients on the full lifecycle of an M&A transactions; from inception (negotiating the key terms and establishing a transaction structure), through to due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation, signing and completion.
Separately to transactional work, Sam has become a reliable advisor to various corporate clients seeking advice on corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Walkers, Sam worked in the Corporate M&A team at leading Australian law firm, MinterEllison.
