Seána Donaghy is based in Walkers' Irish office where she is Of Counsel in the firm's Finance & Capital Markets group
Seána specialises in advising banks, borrowers, sponsors, guarantors and other market participants in all aspects of debt finance including structured finance, real estate finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance, fund finance, private credit and general corporate lending and borrowing.
As part of our Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group she advises banks, asset managers, investors, trustees and issuers on a wide range of big-ticket finance, private credit, securitisation, structured finance and debt capital markets transactions.

Experience and recent work
Prior to her current role, Seána worked as a legal director in a leading international law firm in the United Kingdom for over 13 years.
