Tamsin Doran is a lead senior knowledge lawyer based in Walkers' London office, supporting the global regulatory and fintech legal teams.
Her focus is providing legal resources, precedents and know-how support as well as updates on legal developments to the regulatory and fintech legal teams across all of Walkers' offices.
The Knowledge Management Team acts as a central resource for Walkers' lawyers across the globe, providing them with the necessary tools to increase productivity and enhance service delivery. This includes access to the latest precedents and know how, updates on legal developments and a wide range of training opportunities providing for consistency of approach, commercial awareness and the maintenance of technical excellence on a global basis.

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers, Tamsin spent over 14 years post-qualification as a M&A lawyer in leading international onshore firms in both London and Hong Kong.
She has significant experience advising corporates and financial institutions on private cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance issues across a number of sectors with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.
