Grace Eggenton

Grace has been with Walkers in Dubai since 2019, having previously worked in Walkers' London office from 2016. As a member of Walkers’ Investment Funds & Corporate Group, she assists with the establishment of offshore investment funds, including Cayman Islands domiciled mutual funds and private equity funds registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. She works closely with clients throughout the full lifecycle of a fund, assisting with formation, regulatory registrations, ongoing corporate maintenance, statutory and regulatory filings, amendments, restructurings, and all other corporate and structuring changes through to the deregistration and subsequent liquidation of the fund.
