Constanza Espinoza joined Walkers' London office in 2023, where she is In-House Counsel in the Global General Counsel and Risk Team.
She advises Walkers on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and technology-related matters, including contract negotiation, data protection, risk management and compliance.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Constanza worked as an in-house lawyer for an international law firm based in England. Before pursuing her LLM studies, she was an associate at a Chilean law firm, advising clients on a range of commercial matters. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in international contracts, regulatory compliance, risk management and data protection, actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal solutions.
