Tom advises on a wide range of funds and corporate law matters is an associate in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate group.
Tom has experience across private funds, hedge funds, structured finance, and derivatives. He advises clients on a broad range of fund‑related and corporate law matters, supporting investment managers, and financial institutions throughout the lifecycle of their structures.
His experience includes assisting with the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of investment funds, as well as advising on related corporate, regulatory, and transactional issues.

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers in 2026, Tom worked as a paralegal on the Loan Market Association’s LMA.Automate team and later trained and qualified at Simmons & Simmons in London. He gained experience in private funds, hedge funds, and structured finance and derivatives, and completed a secondment with the firm’s legal technology and engineering business, Wavelength.
