As a Senior Counsel in Walkers' Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate group, Kevin has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of Jersey corporate law matters.
Kevin's experience covers the full spectrum of Jersey corporate law matters, including private equity transactions, international and cross-border mergers, schemes of arrangement, real estate transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate finance.
While Kevin works primarily with the London market, he has a broad range of international and local clients – and has acted for vendors, buyers, sponsors and targets across all types of public and private corporate transactions.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2026, Kevin worked within the corporate team of another offshore law firm, where he advised on various aspects of corporate and finance matters. Prior to this, he trained and practiced in the corporate and commercial department of ENSAfrica.
