Moyna Grubb is based in Walkers' Ireland office where she is a Senior Associate in the firm's Finance & Capital Markets group.
Moyna advises lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other market participants on cross-border and domestic finance transactions including structured finance, capital markets, real estate finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Moyna was based in London working as an Associate in a global law firm. Moyna also worked as an associate in the Banking and Finance team of another leading international law firm in Dublin, where she gained experience advising on big ticket finance and M&A matters.
