Yegâne Güley joined Walkers' British Virgin Islands office in 2017 where she is an associate in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group.
Yegâne has broad commercial litigation experience including fraud claims, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. She regularly acts for clients based in the Far East, and has particular experience in assisting clients in relation to freezing orders and other urgent injunctive relief. Yegâne also advises office holders in complex cross-border proceedings and ultra-high-net worth individuals.

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers, Yegâne practised as a corporate finance lawyer in an international firm in London and in another firm in the BVI.
Her practice focus changed to commercial litigation following a move back to Turkey, where she worked for an international law firm in Istanbul.
