Conor is a senior associate in our Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin.

Conor regularly advises financial institutions, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and investment funds on the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex financing arrangements.

Conor's experience includes acting on domestic and cross-border transactions, including secured and syndicated lending, debt issuances, note programmes and regulatory capital transactions.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Conor worked as a senior solicitor at a leading commercial law firm in New Zealand. Conor also previously worked at a top law firm in Dublin.
