Jordan provides independent director services to Cayman Islands entities, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Prescribed Companies and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) SPVs on behalf of clients located in the Middle East and Asia.
His portfolio includes structured and asset finance transactions, as well as more bespoke financing structures, including Shariah compliant fund financing, sukuk issuance programmes, asset-backed securitizations (ABS), note programmes/issuances and aircraft/asset finance transactions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Jordan worked in the Dubai office of another major fiduciary firm in the Cayman Islands.
