Sophia Hitchcock is an associate based in London, supporting the Finance and Corporate Practice Group in Dublin.
Sophia is a finance transaction lawyer with a background in aviation and asset finance and has over three years of post-qualification experience in acting for a variety of financier, aircraft lessor and airline clients located around the world on sale, leasing and financing transactions at both boutique and international law firms.
She is also experienced in English and New York financing structures and security packages.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sophia was an associate at a leading global law firm for over three years acting for, among others, a prominent UK financier on a range of both English and New York law financing transactions as well as a number of international lessors and airlines and managing key client relationships throughout.
