Cathryn specialises in structured finance, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), collateralised fund obligations (CFOs) and related bankruptcy-remote structures.
She advises on the establishment and restructuring of structured credit vehicles, including warehouse financings, refinancing and resets, securitisations and other bespoke financing transactions, as well as related Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Her practice also encompasses general corporate lending and fund finance transactions.

Prior to joining Walkers in July 2022, Cathryn practised with another leading offshore law firm in Jersey.
She is admitted in Scotland, having trained with CMS Cameron Mckenna Nabarro Olswang LLP.
