Lauren is an associate in Walkers' Channel Islands Employment Practice Group, supporting the team across Guernsey and Jersey.
Specialising in employment law, Lauren advises on a wide range of matters, including employee relations, compliance issues, aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and workplace policies and procedures.
Her core practice involves:
- drafting and negotiating employment documentation
- assisting with HR processes and employee relations matters
- advising on employment aspects of transactions
- assisting with the relocation of employees into Guernsey

Prior to joining Walkers, Lauren trained at Latham & Watkins LLP in London, gaining experience in providing specialist employment and incentives law advice on numerous multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions.
