Nikhil advises major investment banks, investment managers, private equity houses and corporate trustees on all aspects of investment fund structures.
He specialises in private equity funds, hedge funds and unit trusts, with extensive experience in fund formation, regulatory matters and fund restructurings. His practice also includes advising on finance transactions, particularly capital commitment financing and related security creation and perfection issues.
Nikhil supports clients across the full lifecycle of investment structures, providing guidance on both transactional and regulatory considerations.
