Senan Kemp

Senan focuses his practice on all aspects of investment funds, from fund formation and structuring advice through to launch.

He also advises on the ongoing requirements and obligations of fund structures including restructuring and termination.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Senan advised on Irish based investment funds including UCITS, AIFs and exchange traded funds. He also gained industry experience when seconded to a leading asset manager and while working for a large fund administrator.

  • Ireland, including on the Irish Language Register (not practising)


Education:

  • Bachelor of Law (BCL, Hons), University College Cork, Ireland
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.), Trinity College Dublin, Ireland
