Richard Macfarlane is a senior associate in the Finance and Corporate Group at Walkers' Singapore office.
Richard specialises in international debt finance, with experience across Asia and Europe. He has extensive experience advising on a wide range of financings, including fund finance, private credit, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance and structured lending. He regularly advises banks, credit funds and alternative capital providers on complex cross-border financings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Richard practised at Linklaters Singapore as a managing associate. Prior to this, Richard worked in London (Mayer Brown) and Jersey (Carey Olsen), where he acted on a wide range of financing matters, with a particular focus on fund finance.
