Martha is a senior associate in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Guernsey.
She advises on a range of commercial, trust, insolvency, and regulatory disputes, and her clients include governments, banks, companies, trustees, families, and individuals.
She has practised law in England, the British Virgin Islands, and most recently in Guernsey, and is dual qualified as a solicitor-advocate in England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Martha trained and worked in London at another leading international law firm. She qualified in their litigation and international arbitration team, where her practice spanned investor-State treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitration, litigation, insolvency, and public international law matters including advising on public enquiries, sanctions, and human rights.
She spent a year working in the British Virgin Islands working on a wide range of matters including trust and commercial disputes.
