Brendan McCauley is a Vice President at Walkers Professional Services based in Ireland.
Brendan has a number of years' experience within the corporate services industry. He has worked on a variety of SPV structures with a primary focus on CLO transactions. Brendan manages the ongoing transaction needs of a portfolio of CLO SPVs, other securitisation SPVs and aircraft leasing SPVs. Brendan is also a Chartered Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Brendan was an Account Manager within the Irish office of TMF Group. During his time in TMF his primary focus was managing the transaction closing process and ongoing requirements of a diverse portfolio of transactions including CLOs, other securitisation SPVs and aircraft leasing SPVs.
