Sarah McDonald is an associate in Walkers' Jersey Banking & Finance practice group and advises on a wide range of finance and structured finance matters under Jersey law, acting on both lender and borrower side.
In particular, Sarah has previously worked on financial transactions and technical listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) including standard debt and equity, and high yield bond listings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sarah worked as a Paralegal in the Corporate and Regulatory team of another leading offshore firm in Jersey for four years, where she also spent a year on secondment with the Jersey branch of an international bank in the in-house Legal team and the Regulatory Compliance team.
Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Sarah worked as a Knowledge Management Assistant in the Bermuda office of another leading offshore firm.
