Bonnie is a senior associate in Walkers’ Jersey Private Capital & Trusts group, advising clients on a broad range of offshore trust and private wealth matters.

She has over ten years' experience in offshore law, focusing on all aspects of Jersey trusts and Private Capital & Trust solutions. She has extensive experience in advising on all stages of the lifecycle of a structure, from establishment to termination, and any complexities that may arise in-between both from a non-contentious and semi-contentious advisory perspective. She regularly acts for local and international trustees, UHNW individuals, families and family offices, and intermediaries including onshore law firms and tax advisors. She is pivotal in managing high value, complex and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Bonnie also has experience in commercial and dispute resolution matters, enabling her to provide well-rounded, practical advice across a range of legal issues.

Experience and recent work

Before joining Walkers in 2026, Bonnie worked as Of Counsel at another offshore leading law firm in Jersey, where she trained and qualified as a solicitor. She is also a qualified barrister at law and has worked in both Guernsey and London.

Bonnie also previously held a position as a relationship manager, where she acted as the first point of contact for clients and established new relationships. This provided valuable experience in understanding the client and their commercial needs, ensuring strong relationships of trust and confidence were built.

This combination of legal expertise and commercial insight enables Bonnie to deliver advice that is both technically strong and aligned with clients’ broader business objectives.
