Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in financial reporting and corporate transactional matters for special purpose vehicles.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Stephen worked as a Transaction Manager at Apex Group where he was responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of various special purpose vehicles and associated transactions. Prior to which Stephen held the position of Associate Director at Grant Thornton Ireland (Financial Accounting and Advisory Services) where he was responsible for a diverse range of client engagements. Preceding his time at Grant Thornton Stephen also acted as the Head of Structured Finance Accounting and Reporting Europe at Citco Group and as the Managing Director of Citco Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited, where he was responsible for the management of the provision of corporate services to a diverse range of clients and the smooth running of all internal operational matters.
