Thomas Morris is an associate in the Banking & Finance team in Jersey advising on a wide range of transactions, acting on both lender and borrower side.

Thomas has experience in real estate finance, acquisition finance, fund finance, and a range of other finance transactions involving Jersey holding structures.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Thomas was an associate at another offshore law firm where he specialised in corporate and finance transactions.
