Rosalind specialises in corporate litigation and advises on strategy, risk management and corporate governance issues.
She focuses particularly on shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested takeovers, and contentious and non-contentious solvent and insolvent corporate restructuring and complex insolvency. As part of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, her work extends to all areas of company law in which a litigation risk might come up, or the need to apply to the court.

Experience and recent work
Previously Rosalind worked as a barrister in the litigation department of another leading offshore British Virgin Islands firm. Before that she was a barrister for over 20 years at 4 Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn, where she specialised in company law, corporate finance, corporate litigation and contentious and non-contentious restructuring. She was called to the bar in England and Wales in 1987.
