Michael advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables and distressed assets).
Michael's experience includes acting as issuer counsel on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) and other asset-backed securitisations involving Irish SPVs.
