Aoife is an Associate in Walkers' Finance and Capital Markets Group.
Aoife advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets and insurance-linked securities).
Experience and recent work
Aoife trained as a solicitor with Walkers where she completed seats in departments including Finance & Capital Markets and Insolvency and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Walkers, Aoife worked as a paralegal in the Investment Funds team at LGT Capital Partners.
