Colm is a Senior Vice President of Walkers' Professional Services and is based in Ireland.
He oversees a team responsible for the provision of accounting and tax compliance services to a large portfolio aircraft leasing and securitisation SPVs.
As a Chartered Accountant, Colm is responsible for the accounting requirements of a large volume CLOs. He has spent over fifteen years specialising in corporate administration services and developing his expertise in CLOs.
Colm is an experienced SPV director and serves on the board of directors of a range of Irish SPVs.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services in 2020, Colm was a senior financial account manager in Intertrust Group (now CSC). During this time, he managed the provision of accounting services to a portfolio of SPVs, specialising in aircraft leasing platforms and CLOs.
Prior to this, Colm gained experience in the corporate administration services team of BNY, working on CLOs, CDOs and Fund of Funds vehicles.
