Harry Oulton is based in the BVI office where he is a senior associate in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group.
Harry advises on a variety of commercial litigation and insolvency litigation matters including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, freezing orders and other urgent injunctive relief.
Experience and recent work
Harry joined Walkers in 2022, having previously practised as an associate in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation group of McCann FitzGerald in their Dublin office. Before moving to Ireland in 2013, Harry worked for Linklaters in their London office.
