Victoria is Lead Senior Knowledge Lawyer for Walkers' global Employment and global Private Capital & Trusts practice groups.

Based in Guernsey, Victoria leads traditional and innovative knowledge management for Walkers' award-winning Employment and Private Capital & Trusts practice groups. She also writes and contributes to thought leadership on topical issues and delivers training to lawyers and clients.

Victoria's main areas of interest are:

innovation in knowledge management and responsible use of AI in legal practice
employment issues specifically connected with regulated financial services businesses
data protection issues, with specific focus on staff data, including DSARs, data misuse and data breaches
senior exits, team moves and enforcement of post- termination restrictions
employment aspects of corporate transactions, including sales and restructurings

Victoria regularly been recognised by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Experience and recent work

Victoria trained as a solicitor in London with DLA. She was admitted as a Guernsey Advocate in 2005 and as a Guernsey Notary Public in 2011.
