Waka has experience working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, equity capital markets, corporate restructurings, capital raisings and corporate governance matters.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2026, Waka spent over four years at a top tier New Zealand law firm in the corporate M&A team. He advised a range of strategic, institutional and private equity clients across the investment lifecycle.
