Sukhvinder is a senior counsel in Walkers' London office practising Guernsey law and advises on a full range of real estate finance, acquisition finance and fund finance matters.

He advises on a broad range of banking and finance matters, with particular expertise in fund finance, corporate finance, restructurings and security enforcement. Sukhvinder has significant experience acting as lead local counsel on complex financing transactions and regularly advises both sponsors and lenders on subscription line, GP and NAV facilities.

Sukhvinder also works closely with Indian corporates and investors on structuring and executing overseas investments through offshore vehicles. He is an active member of the Walkers India Group, supporting clients on cross-border investment and financing matters.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Sukhvinder worked in the corporate and finance group of another offshore law firm in London where he advised on a range of fund, corporate and finance transactions including for sponsors, managers, investment funds and lenders. He has previously worked at Winston Taylor LLP (previously Taylor Wessing LLP) and Gowling WLG LLP.
