Pooja Shah joined Walkers' London office in 2023, where she is In-House Counsel in the Global General Counsel and Risk Team.
She advises on legal and regulatory matters across the business, with particular focus on contracts, data protection, and compliance.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Pooja worked as an in house attorney at A&O Shearman and as an in house attorney at Paul Weiss in New York. She has developed strong experience advising on international contracts, technology and SaaS matters, data protection, and conflicts, and is adept at working closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective legal solutions.
